Hello, Japan!

I arrived in Japan after a great flight. Slept well in the sleeping pod after dinner and a movie. Cindy and I are enjoying catching up and I am learning a lot about the international business world.  First impressions of Japan: VERY clean, organized country . . . Respectful people . . . Conservatively well-dressed. Restrooms are an adventure.  How many toilets have you used that will play music for you and even wash you, if needed? What we Americans call hand dryers are called "air towels" here, which I think is very clever. Our hotel is just beautiful. We had a lovely dinner.  I ordered penne regata with homemade ricotta cheese and vegetables. Delicious! New foods I tried today: truffles, pancetta, and fava beans.
